Bonjour!! with a bright smile...
Waking at 7am , getting ready for another day at work...getting stuck in a typical KL City Center jam, staring at the clock ticking away...yup! I'm late to work again.
It seems impossible to reach my office in Jalan Raja Chulan before 8.45am...well, unless I find some sort of motivation to wake up at 6 am, leave my house at 7am and etc.
It was really stressful to drive through the jam, and not really what I'll call a great start for the day
But then, its just a matter of making yourself happy and for today, the ingredients for a moment of bliss :
GION Bread : Supposedly originated from Japan, but SunMoulin offers the same type of bread called Queen's Bread. Its infused with milkish/butterish smell of freshly baked bread, and the insides are soft, the crusts are a little flaky
Peanut Butter spread : I like the soft and creamy ones...
Chocolate spread : Didn't get to buy this, but we have some cadbury squares..so that'll do
Spread peanut butter, plunk 2 squares of choc on the bread and pop it into the microwave for 2 minutes...and viola...wahahaha...your own peanut butter + choco toast
The final step ? Pop it in your mouth and savour the taste...brilliant!
What if's :
If only i have a pan..wahaha...just dip the whole thing in egg mixture and pan fry it till golden brown..and maybe place in in a small baking dish, fill it with some custard/milk/egg mixture and bake for awhile....slurp..yeah, top it with some banana slices too..
Anyway...feel really contented after my nice breakfast...and am ready to start a great day at work.

hahah queen bread cannot fight with this la..this is the KING bread..
already so rich..i dont dare dip this in egg to make french toast..scared i die off heart attack immediately!
